Louisburg Library currently has a Boss Laser LS-1630 Co2 105W Cutter and Engraver.
Designed & engineered in the USA by Boss, the LS-1630 offers a popular 16×30″ engraving area with an optional Boss X-Series™ 70, 80, or 105W CO2 laser tube. Fastest in Class – Hybrid Servo Drive™ motors provide up to 1,500 mm/sec and can cut or engrave up at 3X the speed of the competition’s stepper motors
What machines are available for public use?
Due to space constraints, the Library's Boss Laser cutter and engraver is not available to the public at this time. Look for Library classes and events on using the Boss and walk away with a project of your own.
