The library hosts a variety of monthly programs. It’s a great way to meet friends, enjoy an evening of conversation and more. Take a look at everything we have to offer. Each club has a moderator-librarian who’d be happy to provide you with more information.

Do you love suspense and mystery?  This book club is perfect for those readers who like to figure out who did it.  Everyone is welcome and books are provided. 

A book discussion for all, led by guys.  If you want to stretch your reading habits and discuss various books with interested readers, this is the book group for you. Each month a different person selects a book to discuss.  Everyone is welcome and books are provided.

LIBRARY NEWS UPDATE

Join the discussion! This program brings community members together to connect and participate in civil dialogue with one another as we discuss a variety of topics and connect across divides - politics, age, gender, race, nationality, and more. Getting to the heart of what we share in common with one another. You are invited to join the conversation - whether you can join us each month or just once.

Explore Your 4th Friday is a program series that explores different topics of interest each month. Frequently the programs are hand on learning.  The series began in 2016 and has explored a wide range of topics: sewing, gardening, yoga, wearable technology, painting, foam props, solar radios, pyrography, microbrewing beer, plaster casting, essential oils, electric pressure cookers, drones, air fryer and more.

Monthly Programs

Book Clubs & More

Available dates: 2nd Friday/month
Time: 9:00 am until kits are gone (or 1 week)

Take & Make is a program series that learns about different topics of interest each month, usually by making some item. This program is meant to reach those community members who don't always have time to attend library programs in person.  Participants simply stop by the library and pick up a kit to take home and explore as time allows.
